Harry Begay has been silversmithing for over 35 years. His work is truly 'old style'. He melts silver then anneals and pounds it into ingots. He makes his own stamps, his wire is hand-drawn and his work is in very heavy gauge silver. The detail from his cold chisel work, filing and appliqué is amazing. He produces very little jewelry today and his pieces are in high demand. His designs are beautiful. Wearing one of his pieces is truly unique. |
